Saw A,B,C,D,E,and F in the trapezium (even with the street light)
Jewel box looked stunning
The large and small Meg clouds kept me busy for quite a while.
All in all it was great to be back under the stars.
great stuff mate! one thing I noticed last night was heavy dewing
Even though there was no cloud, I didn't setup last night because there was so much humidity in the air. The dew was really heavy and I'm glad I gave it a miss.
Later we had cloud rolling in and that was it.
Dont forget Houghy you live in the valley of wallsend and I live in the highlands of Maryland lol. Not a sign of dew to be seen here last night just perfect clear skies.

Don't knock the 1 meter extra height mate, it makes all the difference he he. Didn't get to see Saturn, I'll leave that for Kulnura weather permitting.
I think I know how you felt when you were back under the stars Cahullian. Last week I've been out twice (last time was the 30th of august : )and the conditions were both times fantastic, seeing and transparency were almost perfect. To bad it was so cold (last time -6°C or 21°F). Christmas time = observing time .
wow Kieken that is cold reminds me of my youth growing up in Northern Ireland.
Yes ving it is good to get back out under the stars again.
now I have 5 weeks holidays I should get out a few more times in the not too distant future.
