I didn't expect that. I was resigned to missing this one, until I saw Gary's "Navaho meals" which reminded me that I had that shot from Grouse Mountain and I just threw it in to "make up the numbers".
There's been a bit of discussion about using previously prepared photos, and while I think its good for the level of participation, personally I find it much more rewarding to actually produce something new for the comp.

Unfortunately, it wasn't happening for me this month, but I do appreciate all the shots that attacked this difficult (I think!) challenge from different angles.
My passion for a lot of years was panoramas - images stitched together from 2 or more shots. In the interest of encouraging others to have a go at some panoramas, I've decided that should be the next topic:
a panorama.
