JUPITER with MOON

Scope LX90 8 inch DMK21AU04 AS. October 16 at 20-12-16 and that time is only as accurate as the computer + or - 60 seconds. Three evenings with the best atmospheric conditions for my location 1k north of Oyster Harbour Albany WA that I've experienced since March 2008.
Can knowledgeable member/s name the moon?

Agreed, but CdC + xplanet says that's the way it should look a couple of hours later - around 2009/10/17 01:00 EST or 2009/10/16 22:00 WST. Maybe my ephemeris is out of date.
