I would crawl through some broken glass to see Scorpio with a Satellite or two....

When I leave the office in ten minutes or so, for the first time today, I expect a crystal clear {black} sky ... [pause for effect]...
...and I intend grabbing a scope or binos or anything and heading up to the Club.

Anyone desperate enough to try the 27th?
Moon is two days off first quarter, setting at about 2200.
Weather Underground is predicting about 50% cloud cover, 20% chance of rain. After that, July is looking pretty wet.
