Waterfall Narrowband

Hi All,
Latest data for H-H222 & H-H34.

6x30min SII- darks Median comb +
6x30min Ha- Darks Median comb

Ha:SII:SII as 1:1.5:1.5
H-H34 is the small green area near center and is the real target of these series of images.

Good work there Jeff. Whats the brightness of the HH object, must be close to mag 20? Nice long subs there too

I couldn't find a mag in the catalogs, but using MaximDL it gave around low 19's.

Will try Astrometrica.--19.6

Yep it would have to be at least that. What colours were assigned to the HA and S2? S2 is also deep red even deeper than HA isnt it?

Assigned Ha as red, SII as green and blue.

Can't say I'd heard of it before either! If it were oriented any other way when first seen it would never have been called "Waterfall", huh!

Hi All,
I have downloaded the latest Maxim 5 on trial. With some reprocessing I have finally finished my image of H-H34. This has closer colours to the HST image that I'm sick of looking at.

I must follow Jase and write down the processing steps as I go.
