Running Chicken

IC 2944, also known as the Running Chicken Nebula, the Lambda Centauri Nebula or the λ Centauri Nebula, is an open cluster with an associated emission nebula found in the constellation Centaurus, near the star λ Centauri. It features Bok globules, which are frequently a site of active star formation.
Apparent magnitude (V): 4.5
Radius: 70.999 light years
Distance to Earth: 6,523 light years
Apparent dimensions (V): 75'
Constellation: Centaurus

Really nice Trevor with some lovely detail. I love how the bok globules contrast against the emissions in this area. Did you do star reduction on this I think I’m used to a few more in and around the ol chook
