The Celestron Smart DewHeater and Power Controller is ideal for managing your astrophotography rig in just about every possible way! Yes it powers up to 4 dew heaters, but it is also a USB 3 hub and a 12v power distribution system.
This comes with:
- the main unit itself
- 12v power lead
- USB lead (and some conduit for cable management to prevent snagging)
- 2 x thermistors to control output to your dew heaters
- 1 x thermistor cable to connect to a celestron dew heater ring for scopes such as the Edge HD range.
Using the free Celestron software to set it up, you can remotely turn the power sockets on or off. This is a great addition to any remote setup!
I'm asking $550 plus postage, less than half the $1250 that Bintel is asking for (though they have no stock).
