Thumbs up Crescent Moon and Saturn

Took these this morning up at Kariong, on my way to work.

350D + 18-55mm lens, 8s exposure @ f/8, ISO100, on my NEW TRIPOD A stiff breeze was blowing, causing the blur in the tree tops.

Saturn is the bright star above and left of teh lovely crescent moon. Calling for me to image it!

The left shot is at 28mm FL, the right shot is at 48mm.

NO processing, straight from RAW to TIFF to websize.

Thanks for looking.
