The Lobster and the Cat

I spent some time at the cabin at the last new moon and captured this with a Hutech modified Canon 5D Mkii and the FSQ106n.

NGC6334 and NGC6357 Widefield

Cheers Rick. Spending a bit more time planning that initial framing and on processing these days given the odds on getting decent skies on consecutive nights seem to diminish depending on the propensity to get new gear..

Cheers H, the FSQ just rocks. Loving it. Its swinging around on the mount waiting for clear skies to do a big NB project at the moment. Theres a ton of stuff you miss just outside of the FOV of many of the core targets that are around at the moment.
