LMC & Comet 252P.

252P for 15-March-2016.
First a 75mm wide field slightly cropped 16 x 120 sec exposures at ISO 3200.

Moving very fast, trailing slightly in 60 sec exposures using the 8" scope. A little hard to process with moon interfering.

Cheers,

Justin.

Looking good Justin, that coma looks a bit off centre maybe it's turning to show a bit of a tail.
Still cloudy here but pretty sure that I got a look at it last night with the the binos between clouds.

Excellent shots Justin I had rain last night but got a nice shot the night before. Will try for a mosaic with the LMC tonight weather permitting.
Keep up the great work!

Thanks Guys!

Good photo opportunity tonight, the LMC and 252P should fit comfortably at 100mm length lens.
Better shots after the moon sets, if I can stay awake that long!.

Cheers,

Justin.
