I like the contrast , it gives the field a bit of depth, looking good.

looks good ... maybe a tad dark but looks fine on my monitor. what 'smoothing' technique did you use?

Superb field. A little heavy on the processing as I think you may have a lot more details than displayed in that shot but still a very good pic.

I really like the image. As others and yourself have indicated, almost clipping the blacks. Care to share equipment used and exposure details?

Is this better? It's lighter but looks "dirtier" to me somehow.

As for details, it was around 3 hours on itelescope t-14
