Nice image! One thing I've noticed is that even though you used lots of short subs there's still very little colour in the stars. I was planning on trying a similar run of subs to try and get a bit of star colour in my own image, but maybe that won't work. Are the cores of your stars all saturated? Maybe there aren't that many yellow or red stars in the field?

Yeah ...
I went back to PicInsight and applied 'Auto-Colour', so here is this "balanced" version .. now we have plenty of "yellow-ish" stars ..
