There have been many incarnations of this same ED glass eyepiece. Sometimes they have been called Celestron Ultimas, with other versions by Orion and Saxon

This is an unbadged (ie no name) 2.3mm example which provides 20mm of eye relief and is very useful for high power observing such as on planets and the moon.
The prices for these eyepieces have varied wildly over the years from $120-$229 dependent upon which manufacturers paint scheme and brand name have appeared on essentially the same eyepiece.
