Kiss the Moon

Ever wanted to kiss the Moon? Well i just captured this Virgin Airline bound for Sydney doing just that. Taken about 15mins ago. AND the best bit, the very next flight, i got another. Creating quite a collection now
will post the following capture soon

Hi, thanks. This is high res still mode captured in RAW through my 500D-SWED 80 PRO- EQ3.
Manually fired shutter...still have not managed to get myself a remote shutter controller

Great timing.

Mine is a story of the one that got away. While shooting the partial eclipse from the Redcliffe waterfront a jet flew in front of the eclipsed solar disk.

Missed the shot by a couple of seconds.

At least I got to see it visually.

Tiger Transit

Here is the following image to Kiss the Moon. A Tiger Airline caught mid transit bound for Melbourne. 2 in a row...doing a little happy dance
This also is a RAW still photo manual pressed shutter high res image with a subtile watermark thrown in .

Oh that would have been painful. I can imagine. Wold have made for an exceptional image
