tak FS60CB FLATTENER

hello
Have any one tried this scope with the flattener in the basic version for visual use?Does it make a real difference in visual or only relevant for imaging?
If so is the CAA adpater essential as the adapter costs as much as the flattener.
cheers

I've used my FS-60CB with 24 mm Panoptic, 11 mm Nagler, and 4 mm William Optics UWAN eyepieces - works great.

I think the field curvature is fairly intense (especially since it's a short focal length). Just holding and looking through the flattener, I can see that it does a fair bit of correcting...
