IceInSpace Shop says my username is invalid..

I've tried for two days in a row and I've lost the battle- the shop is telling me that my username is invalid & won't allow me to make a purchase & I've tried on two different computers.
I've tried a zillion times. I'm Suzy... I really am... that's me.. I exist
Seems strange that I can log in as usual to the homepage, just not the shop.
Mike, can you please put aside five (5) eclipse glasses for me until we can sort this out?

Sorry for the inconvenience - the shop login is different than your IceInSpace forum login.

So just go through as though you're a new user, then when you get to the checkout page, enter your email and choose a password as a new user.
