Seeking machinest for small project

Hi all,

I'm looking for a machinest to fabricate an aluminium adapter for me.

Please let me know if you know someone, or if you are capable of machining a small piece of aluminium that will be no more than 25mm thick by 50mm round and tapping a couple of different threads.
