Jupiter May 6th 10pm AEST-help colour balancing

Had a go at Jupiter with the 8" SCT and 2x barlow. Coulor needs some balancing and the seeing was not as good as on the 4th, but not too bad considering. Added another quick and dirty one for good measure which I think has some finer detail and the last was done with a little more care to see if I can preserve detail without over-processing. Would some king soul help with my colour balance issues especially with the last shot. Maybe its me eyesight or what ever but I just cant seem to get it right. If you do reprocess then let me know what program and the steps taken so that I can try myself.
Comments welcome
Regards Allan

Nice shot's Allan.
Definately got some detail coming out there.
Gotta get that 640X480 working though.

Hi Allan, nice shot! Did some imaging last night too, would have rated the seeing as 7/10. I'm stillkicking myself that I didn't take the scope out of May 4... I've been maging most nights and had got sick of the por seeing and expected more of the same. Wouldn't you just know it

Anyway, I think the colours actually pretty good on your last shot below. It looks more like a brightness issue, it's just a bit dark. If you have any program with a "curves" function in it you could play around with that and with brightness, contrast and gamma to see if it sparks up a bit.

good luck,
