Also from the lucky sky in the Alps of the previous post. I spent two days for this shot, deep enough, to vdb152. A reflection nebula that you found at the center of the photo. The fact is that this nebula is located in the constellation of Cepheus, place notoriously dense of dust for the presence of vast molecular clouds. As a bonus in the frame I also picked up a planetary nebula (DeHt 5) and a supernova remnant (the strip of hydrogen that crosses almost vertically the photo). In the version at the highest resolution, that I was able to make available, the supernova renmant passes over the VdB with two slender threads of red gas. I have struggled to find the black point for the sky ....

I'm always amazed by those super deep shots and how much faint dust there in some areas of the sky. You certainly did a grand job processing that one. There is so much happening in that field, it's overwhelming. Superb rendition.
Hi Leo, it seems that both of us are having troubles of dust in our scopes
Another beautiful vista, the FOV (and speed) of the reduced FSQ is amazing and the sharpness is extreme till the borders, I hope to see more shots from you in this configuration! Great work
Marco

Thank you Marco ... i like the dust ... i hope one day to "catch" a large CCD for the FSQ ..
