k3ccd freezing after switch programs

Hi all.

Anyone have this problem?

I've got k3ccdtools open, with Jupiter swimming around like it does at the moment thanks to the jetstream.

Anyway I alt-tab/go to another program (explorer for example) to rename some avi's, or to registax to do a trial-run process, etc.

When I go back to k3ccd and start capturing the next run, the recording freezes after about 5 seconds. I have to stop recording (right-mouse-click), and then start again at which point it continues fine.

Anyone else come across this, or have a solution?

Yep I get it too, but not using the alt/tab, sometimes it just freezes. As well, I get it freezing but with an "access violation......" message. Which is a real bugger 'cos I have to close the program and then re-start it.

I haven't noticed anything particular that will trigger either. I'll try to pay more attention.

Sounds like a performance issue. Perhaps turning off preview or the level meter for capture might help. I've seen the freezing also, but it goes away in about a second.
