Secondary Green Flash?

Captured this at Sunrise using the 450D and 400L lense.Has anyone captured this before ?And if so can they offer an explanation.

maybe atmospheric? it does seem to fold in the air there?

I was under the impression the green is on the bottom

Interesting images Derek, reckon Captain Jack Sparrow would be the one to consult regarding the Green Flash.
