I can not call myself an astronomer anymore

In the last 3 days I have sold:

1)C11 SCT
2)EQ6 with Skyscan
3)Canon 20DA with Lowepro bag and Tthread adapter and SCT adapter....going to miss that live focus.
4)Canon "L" Series 17-40mm Lense
5)Canon TC Timer control
6)C11 Dew shield
7)C11 Dew zapper
8)12 volt Battery pack

Things that may go tomorrow.
1) Williams optic 80SD Refractor
2) 125mm ADM Guide rings
3) Lumicon off axis Guider with focal reducer.

All I may have left is G11 and ED80 with some losmandy 125mm rings and another set of parralax rings and no camera.....oh I can play with St-402me.

I have ordered the 10" Meade LX200R OTA so I can keep all my losmandy plates as their the same length.

Need to decide on another camera now.....maybe the 5D...??????...maybe not.

Any serious recommendations.

Tony

Hooray back to blue mate, ill be eager to hear about what you think of the new LX200r.I remembered someone posted a message about Dr Clays first impression about the OTA , there might be an issue with the secondary going out of collimation easily...something to ask about about and be aware of.

PS how much for the WO scope, pm me if you want

Buying the meade localy so thats good news for Star Optics on the Gold Coast....but their is atleast a month wait....he put in a special order for me today....they have not released the OTA's as yet to Australia.

Thanks Stuart I am aware of all the reviews and I will make my own mind up when I receive the OTA.....The 80SD may be already gone but if not I will let you know Stuart.

My wife is cool with the sale as I gave her $300 to spend on herself..what she wont be happy about is the money I need to spend to replce the equipment....lol...but whats a few thousand.

The thing is I didn't even post anything for sale....lucky the wife is not up for sale or she would have gone as well....I cant have that as she needs to clean the house first...lol

The G11 is staying...I was only going to go for Titan if I wanted the larger mount so now I have ordered the 10" the G11 is perfect.

You are so right Andrew...onto it....lol

Mike....I didn't sell over a for sale thread so I will leave the buyers anyomous atm just incase they want it that way but i'm sure you will work out who in no time...it does kind of stand out dont you think.
