Spotted this old girl on gumtree, looks like someone put a bit of effort here many,many dark nights ago.

Check out the (carpeted?!) steps on the right of the picture - their framework is directly attached to the mount plinth!

(And does that plinth look remarkably like a truck driveshaft..?..!!)

Here's another wild one from a few weeks ago. The asking price was $100. The mirrors needed recoating but it was a home made f25 cassegrain.

It was on gumtree in adelaide a few weeks ago, its not there anymore so it must have sold
