Chilie seeds for a donation to IIS

Hi all,

I've got more Habanero Chilie seeds can I can use. Rather than letting them go to waste I thought I'd give them away for a donation to IIS on your part of $5 for a dozen seeds - I'll absorb the cost of postage in OZ.

These seeds are from this season's crop & are either red or orange in colour when ripe.

They can be grown in your veggie patch or in a pot outdoors or in a sunny balcony or sunny indoor spot.

Only a small bush but yields a huge quantity of hot and very fragrant & flavoursome fruit, and produces fruit for many months - I've been still getting fruit this July!

WARNING: Habaneros are very, very hot. DO NOT let children handle cut fruit. If you cook with them, be careful as the vapour from the cooking fruit can be irritating to eyes & nose.

If you would like some seeds, make a donation of $5 to IIS, send me a PMwith your details, & once Mike let's me know the money's come through I'll post them to you.

Mental.

Hi Alex

Great idea. If they were something a tad milder I'd take you up - we're chilli-wimps here...

Cheers

Andrew

In case you don't know where to find the Donate to IIS page, here's a link to it.

I've got a type of Bird's Eye chillie if you rather. Maybe something milder still if you prefer. Just let me know. I'm careful with the Habaneros, but their flavour is something else - very fruity.

Some more still left. Not too many though of this season's Habaneros.

I have milder types too if you prefer.

Even happy to mix - I'd package them separately too.

If you've got a warm sunny window, now's a good time to sow some in a plastic bottle placed on the window sill.

Most generous.
I love Habeneros and chilis in general.
Unfortunately, so does our resident possum. She eats them like Maltesers and all attempts to protect the plants have failed.
She even broke into a greenhouse to get at them!
She's very determined.
