Little Eagle (light morph)

These lovely Eagles,I feel are more pleasing to the eye than the larger Wedge-Tailed Eagles. Not as often seen, always on the wing,I did see one once kill a plover. This specimen is the usual light morph phase seen around this part of country, never seen a dark phase.Hope this is of interest. Thanks for looking.

Great shot and yes very pleasing to see them.
I must say though we had three Wedge Tails flying over our place yesterday and they were pretty impressive to watch just thermal up in the rain until they were so high they vanished in the mist.
Tried to get a few shots but the rain spoiled them.

Post some more if you got em.

Nothing wrong with that shot Chris, very impressive indeed, that 400mm sure pulls them in mate.
