The lagoon and it's vivid colours.

Hi,

Time to revisit earlier data on the lagoon. It's wet and cold, so no imaging to be had.
I'd thought I'd try and push the colours that came from my Canon 1100D, rather than try and introduce too much red. I'm astonished at the range of colours! There are a few blue reflection nebula that I had no idea were there until I enhanced the the colours from the camera.

Hope you enjoy.

Cheers,

Justin.

Thanks Luarie, Louie and Ross!

Can't wait for winter to go and some clear skies, more than an hour or two would be nice.

Cheers,

Justin.

I hope you don't mind, if you do I'll remove it but I played around with your shot in photoshop to get rid of some of the red cast, I'm not overly familiar with how red this nebula is but i find it more aesthetically pleasing with less red in the pic, again if you are upset by it let me know and I'll remove it.

Hi Nikolas,

No don't mind at all!
The region around the Lagoon does seem to have quite a lot of red to the back ground, always a balancing act with processing.

Cheers,

Justin.
