M16

First attempt at M16 just to see what it looked like and results I can get.
Took it a few weeks ago while sorting out the autoguiding ( thats all good now) I think with more data latter it should be ok . This was just
4x700s with the RC10 and QHY10 .

It's a nice sharp image - do you find the GSO RC10 a good scope?

Great effort Mark!I always get a buzz seeing the pillars....the color balance needs addressing though....Ive been think about getting a QHY10 myself.

Thanks i am still working on the colour conversion and balance its a lot trickier than the Dslr

Well, clearly promising results there This is already quite a good result (bit monochrome purple in colour) but looking good for some great images in the near future for sure!!

Thanks Mike , didnt realise how purple it was till I posted dont think the jpeg convestion did it any favours . Guess I should try make an effort to watch the post processing videos i have. doh!
