Pixels in Scorpius
Good evening
This image is roughly centered on NGC 6259 in Scorpius and comprises Ha(Ha+R)GB of 17:4:4:4 hours for a total of 29 hours.

Paul - if it puts it into context for you - the first image was taken on 27 May and the last on 7 Jul.
I agree though - the weather has been shocking and I am almost routinely fogged out by midnight.

Is that where you are shooting from? Uggh!
The color in this image is fantastic. I'm right in the middle of a 20 segment mosaic project of this area and beyond in Ha.

John - I guess it all depends on when you click on that link as the image refreshes every 10 minutes during hours of darkness....so you might get to see a really good view, or a sky full of clouds.
Cant wait to see your mega-mosaic.
