Vixen Skypod on a wedge

Is this possible do use like a fork mount would work?

You would have to read the manual to find out if it can work in equatorial mode. Unless it has an equatorial mode it wont be able to calculate where everthing is, or track the sky.

I have no idea if it can track as an EQ. It's for a mate of mine who's trying to do 1-2min guided exposures from a city balcony.

I am sure the answer will be no. I have a current Vixen product catalogue off their website and the section covering the Skypod only lists Altazimuth mount mode in the specifications.
