Wide field event – 15 July: Venus, Jupiter, Moon, Pleiades, Hyades, Ceres, Vesta

Hello,

I was cruising through Starry Night Pro Plus and came across a nice conjunction involving Venus, Jupiter, our Moon, Pleiades, Hyades, Aldebran, Ceres and Vesta for Sunday, 15th July 2012. Here is an SNP screen print for 5:30am as seen from Brisbane. The FOV is a Canon 7D with 60mm lens.

Cheers

Dennis

Think there might also be 2 moon shadows across Jupiter at that time too.
