Hi guys

Ok,another image from Uluru with a OSC and I would of loved some Ha for this region but hey,them's the brakes!


Exposure: 19 x 6 minutes

Camera: QHY8

Telescope: BabyQ/Reducer

Mount: GPDX/SS2K/Guided

Software: AA5/CS4

Another amazing photo.

Great detail and I love the way you bring out those beautiful, smooth colours.

Bet it's freezing cold up there now!

That is a great image. Was that with the newer qhy8 or the first model that came out? Love the field of view of that 60mm.

Hi Allan

Thanks mate,glad you enjoyed It! Ah,It's the first model Allan and the same as I use to have. I'm running It with the Ascom drivers and It's been very stable so much so that Ive regained my faith in QHY!

I will be looking at buying a QHY again for sure,just haven't decided on which one.

Oh by the way mate this image has been cropped a bit too....didn't like the way I framed It.

Wow! I would love that as a wallpaper - I mean old school wallpaper. The stuff to put on the wall of your home. Or as a jigsaw puzzle...
