Starlight express contact

Hi all,
I am just wondering if anyone else is having trouble contacting starlight express, I am having trouble with one of their products and need some parts. If anyone has had contact with them in the last week could you please let me know, I might need to try another method of contacting them.

I have emailed Terry Platt (CEO) on a few occasions and he usually replies promptly. PM me if you want his email address. Another option would be joining the Starlight Xpress group on Yahoo (if you're not already a member) and posting a message there.
