I don't have internet at home at the moment,

in the middle of provider change and they've left me with a five day gap with no service.
That's what they call a
Rapid Transfer
Tel*tra had a better deal on offer for the same money as I was paying with TpeeG so I said lets do it.
They said we'll do a
Rapid Transfer as soon as TpeeG drops their codes we'll connect the new service.
I said great.
Notified TpeeG to cancel they said three to five days to codes drop.
I said OK and notified Tel*tra.
Five days later my internet dropped of from TpeeG but the codes are still on line
I rang them and they said it will be another five days before they are dropped. I said "Ahh isn't that ten days then"

The reply was "It's standard practice"
Tel*tra can't connect

until the codes are dropped by TpeeG
I can still connect using my iPhone

as a hot spot for a short period and that's ok though no emails until the new account is up and running.
Anyone else had similar problems????
