Plus my heated throw blanket- if it's under 5 deg, Chrissy and I will be inside watching your tv not your eyepiece.

She's bringing her guitar to play some tunes on your deck if that will be okay.

I'm not bringing my telescope, but I will bring my glass as you wanted to look through them.

We want to do some night sky photography, so just the Canon DSLR & tripod will accompany us and I'll look through your scope- you just find things & I will look. I'll bring a list of things I want to see.

Hi Ron

Leigh and I will probably drop by (as long as the weather holds). I have fixed the LXD75 and have a mintron video camera to try out, although I expect we will be there mainly for observing. Chris is in the middle of his mid semester exams so is unable to come.
Looking forward to some dark skies. Bye the way how cold is it getting nowadays?

Hi JJJ,

You are right, its been ages. Shame you couldn't make it, I was going to pick your brains about the mintron (aka GStarEx). Still we can catch up at Astrofest as Chris and I wil be there for the first weekend. Hopefuly he will be clear of exams around that time and can concentrte on getting some good images.
