Backyard Observatory Ideas

I'm after some ideas for building an observatory in my backyard - websites, photos, private messages, whatever. I'm considering the sliding roof variety at the moment.

Best thing I ever did.....but it was a big job...here some photo's.

Works perfectly has been through some major storms no problem what so ever.

The roller mechanism we fitted is brilliant.
