What scope to start with?

I bought an eq6 today, no scope yet. Thinking of a SW ED80 to start with and later buying a larger scope and using the 80 as a guide scope. What are your thoughts.

The ED80 is perfect to start with.

Perfect choice.
It's a real work horse. You'll get years of pleasure from it.

Yep the ED100 is close in price , If I was a totally visual observer thats the way I would go , Mark , good point .
But if AP was my next step along this path , ( EQ6 mount ? ) the ED80 would be the better choice , so Buzaud whats your plans ?
Brian.
