I think "scam" is the word you're looking for. No way this is genuine.

The background of the scope images looks decidedly North American, not like Philippine vegetation at all.

All these Scams are the same. They all say contact me before bidding to find out the reserve price. Is this even legal? I don't remember being at any auction before where I had to contact someone to find out the reserve before bidding. Ebay should put a stop to it.
