Galaxies in Love-4038pair

SPX350 F4.5, ATK16-HR, BaaderLRGB/Astrodon Ha.

After a long break with rain from Nov till May and balcony rebuilding at last I get a flourish of clear nights to image this strange pair. Ha did not add anything but got the arms, this would have been even better at a dark site but not bad for streetlights.

Had some collimation issues as I had not imaged deep space for so long and its amazing all the things you forget like collimating, balance, focusing and plugging things into the Laptop in order to get them to work.

Thanks, John.

The core area is great. Loads of colour and fine detail in the image.

Thanks everyone, exposures were 15x10mins Lum and 6x5min each for RGB and 15x10min for Ha. These were too low from the UK but overhead here in Bris.

Regards, John.

Great resolution of this complex and difficult target. Colour is very nice and the image background is silky smooth. Well done.
