Arrow Dancing Buildings - Surfers Paradise sunrise time lapse

Here is a short time lapse of a sunrise from Currumbin looking back to Surfers Paradise. Distortion caused by atmospheric disturbance, temperature inversions, salt spray off the ocean between the lens and the buildings approx 18 kilometres away are why the buildings are jumping up and down. Quite a surprise after putting the video together, definately not noticeable when viewing in real time, easily noticeable at the 9 sec point in the video. I have plenty of time lapse videos I will post eventually, I thought this one would be interesting to my astro friends regarding the atmosphere and seeing we need to deal with sometimes, although we're not looking at objects so close to the horizon too often and not all of us live near the ocean, I thought it is an interesting time lapse all the same.

Nikon D5100 with Nikon 80-200mm f2.8 lens set at 200mm (300mm 35mm/full frame equivalent)

Shot over approx an hour, from 30 mins before sunrise to 30 mins after sunrise.....see link below.
