Sorry guys, my 12" solar filter arrived yesterday and as you can see the sky predictably turned to custard.

Hope it doesn't last too long, I need to check and prepare everything for the transit.

don't worry mate... I've been waiting 5 weeks for first light. And if the puke-cast is any indication, I'll end up waiting longer than I waited for the scope to be completed in the first place
