JUPITER 7th April and Saturn 8th

Hi All, hardly worth bothering posting these after Asi's latest triumph on Saturn, But I've got to provide a reference point to show Asi's off to full effect... and I haven't had an image for a week and am getting twitchy

Been practicing with the 4x powermate but the seeing or temp related tube currents or bith have been quite ordinary. Ranging from 3-5/10. Jupiter shot was around Midnight last night. Saturn from earlier this evening.

Might be able to squeeze a bit more from Joop by splitting the avi and processing separate colour channels, but can't get otivated right now.

Just go's to show you the differences of opinions around here...I reckon my Saturns from this evening are border-line! If I can't do better than that, there's gonna be a 9.25 forsale.

Anyhoo.....Nice images Rob! Despite your seeing conditions, theres something about your images that I really like! Depth of field perhaps?? I can't pin it down yet but I will, lol.
