toucam mod for the technically minded (davo)

I was browsing the web for toucam stuff, (yes it seems i am that much closer to getting one) and noticed that someone had made a peltier cooled long exposure mod for the philips toucam. very interesting stuff, but way outta my league...
the tests shown on the page show a great reduction in hot pixels tho... any how heres the link

have read this one a while back. when i get round to this, i will go with one of the original guys, steve chambers to have worked out the long exposure. he is mates with arthur (ambermile)
