Who in blazes buys warm clothes in the Territory, at least the top end, I lived there for 12 years, it does not get cold enough to wear that sort of garb. Mind you in the dry season I have seen people with ugg boots on. The temp was a freezing 21deg C, the mind boggles what they would do in our southern winters.
