Seems this juvenile has taken to the trees at the back of my place - his mum and dad dropped him off yesterday after checking out his new pad!
The noisy minahs are not amused but are getting used to him.
Nice find Jen. For uncommon birds it seems Bazas are fairly common at the moment - if that makes sense.
They will tend to upset the locals but are you talking about the Australian Noisy Miner or the exotic and unrelated Indian Mynah?? Both will mob predatory birds in their area.
