Jupiter 5th Feb 7:11pm AEST from Brisbane
Just a quick post before night shift. Seeing was pretty good just after sunset so I had a go at Jupiter. Canon EOS 600D, 5x Powermate, 12" Sky-Watcher Goto Dobsonian, manually tracked. The Great Red Spot is just on the right limb of the image.

Thanks Rob and Derek. The clouds moved in after this. A little more reworking with individual treatment of the moons and a downsize.
