[TRADED/FOUND] DDR1 laptop RAM (SODIMM)

If anyone has some ancient DDR1 laptop RAM hanging around, let me know.
I would like to take my aging thinkpad T40 past 512MB to stop me pulling my hair out.
A 1GB module would be fantastic, but a 512MB module would certainly do.

I've got a few DDR2 512mb modules - two out of a Lenovo Z61 and one out of a HP. Not sure if these are any good to you?

FYI

DDR1 and DDR2 are not interchangeable.

I have a cupboard full of DDR2, but DDR1 is getting harder to find.
