propeller or Soup Nebula

Hello Everyone,

It has been awhile since I was able to visit here. I look forward to getting caught up on the posts as many look very interesting.

I almost did not want to post this image as I don't think it is anything amazing. It is a 6 filter image of a region that science does not really know much about. Take a look at the Ha only crop and you can see why it is called the propeller. I think it looks like swirling soup!

I am also trying a new Zoomify tool that is HTML 5 so that iPads and iPhones can see it. Not as smooth as the Flash version but it seems to work ok.

Kindest Regards,

Very nice Ken and I think that the Ha image stands alone and that the colour really detracts from the final image, but thats just my opinion.

Nice work Ken. I like the colours and the Ha shows the reason for the propeller naming.

Thanks as always, love the encouragment I get at this wonderful forum.

I have to admit that I was not happy with this nebula as it was such a mixture and not much structure and I agree, the Ha would be just fine for me.
