A very nice photo of an obviously happy bird!
On my screen, it looks like the seed block is more sharply in focus that the bird – does that lens/body combo allow auto focus? If so, try to lock focus on the bird, as that is the main subject.
Although the wooden fence in the background is slightly blurred due to the aperture used, despite its plainer colour it still draws some attention away from the bird.
If you were able to open up the aperture to get a shallower depth of focus, then the details in the fence would be les conspicuous and I think the bird would “pop” more in the frame.
Alternatively, try changing your shooting position and to get a more even toned and less distracting background.
It must be quite nice to have such a regular character turn up at the feeder!
