Making an animated gif?

Hi guys.

What's the best (and easiest) software for making an animated gif? Time to jazz up my avatar

I use Advanced Gif Animator. It's not too bad except the freeware version has a full credit blurb in the top left corner. Nothing major though. http://gif.creabit.com/

I have found the best way to make your own Giffs is to steal them off other forums......I did.......lol

With ImageMagick it goes something like:

convert -delay 20 myframes/* animation.gif

Superb software! I can't imagine life without it. I use it under Linux but there are Windows versions too on the "Binary releases" page. Sorry, no Mac versions, but should be OK to compile on MacOSX.
