I'm thinking of getting a Rob Miller tripod for my PMX. The shipping is horrendous (about $450 for a $1200 tripod) so I was wondering if anyone else would like one as well. This way I could arrange a freight forwarder to combine ship the gear. We would have to pay the GST (Rob normally ships in two packages, which might evade the GST cops), but there should be a considerable saving in shipping. Anyway, just need to get an idea of the number of people that would like one of his tripods.
